The landscape-courtyard, trees, pool, etc. are beautiful. The quickness and efficiency of the maintenance was perfect. The workout room has a couple faults I have noticed. Maybe take out one or two treadmills and replace them with a leg machine or stair steppers or maybe a bench set, there also needs to be little more ventilation or air circulation as it can be stuffy. In terms of the unit itself, it works perfectly for us except for a couple things Even with two people in the kitchen, it can be crowded when it comes to cooking, the counter space is not the best. Lastly, also in the kitchen, there isn't much room for storage of pots, pans, dishes, and food. Either way the unit is a great place to live and we're happy we're here.

The grounds are very well maintained which gives me a sense of pride about living there. The location couldn't be better close to the beltline, bike paths, shopping, dining - you name it And with all the amenities they offer, there's really nothing lacking. If you're looking for a place to call home, your search is over.

The price is steep for what you get as is all of Madison area , but apartments are better than most of the other ones in the area for a similar price. Renovations are underway for some of the apartments. We got one of the old models, which still was very presentable. Their friendly maintenance team was always very quick to replace anything that went bad AC Unit, Fridge with new models and without any questions . We haven't had any issue hearing people through walls. One downside is deliveries here are left in the hallway if you are not home. This hasn't been an issue yet, but something to keep in mind. Overall good experience with helpful staff.

The only downside is parking. There have been way to many times that I have been forced to have to park on the side of the street because of party's going on or visiting friends. They have control of this during the day but I don't think there is any leasie that cares about during the day it's at night that as have parking issues.

Besides being in a safer place, it would be nice if they had underground parking, or at lease parking stalls so you don't need to brush off snow. Noise Our downstairs neighbors were pretty loud. You could hear kids crying and parents yelling. A couple times police were involved, but it all got sorted out without violence. There's a good chance you'll hear people cars driving through the parking lot with music blasting late at night, especially on the weekend. As I write this right now, I can hear Drake and Future's future classic Jumpman pumpin' out of somebody's 2003 Dodge Neon. Very rarely there might be a loud college get-together not large enough for a party , but those fizzle out. Every building is different though, so your mileage may vary as much as that Neon's. Grounds All of the grounds are kept very nice. There was a never a time that the grass was long or dog poop laying about. The buildings look a little old from the outside, but overall still nice. The place looks great in the summer. Construction The buildings themselves are nice enough for what you pay for. The door window frames are dated and a little loose our door frames let small slivers of light through , but again, not bad for what we pay for. The only air conditioner is an in-wall unit in the living room that serves as a very large fan, but if we wanted to pay for central air, we wouldn't have moved here. The ceiling fans are incredible and give twice as much air with half the cost. Maintenance The maintenance team are all rockstars in my book. They installed new cabinets in the bathroom and kitchen, along with new appliances in three days instead of the expected 4 or 5. They respond to requests quickly, and are super nice. They played with my cat while I was away, and left a note saying thanks for letting the cat hang out with them. Really great maintenance staff. Staff They were all professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and overall great. If I ever called with a question about rent, parking, policy, or anything, they knew the answer immediately. I never had to wait for them to look something up or call back. This is by far the most sincere and helpful complex staff that I've experienced. Overall This place is great bang for your buck. It's a little bit cheaper than they really nice places around the outskirts of the city, and that shows. You know that there are places that are much nicer, but there are also places waaaay worse. If you're looking for a nice place and are willing to compromise, this is the home for you. Would I recommend us to a friend If you work at a software company and are IS, TS, or SD, then no. If you're QA or TechCom Absolutely. If you don't work at a software company, and are concerned about your budget, then probably.

Noise 4 5 Walls are of medium thickness and I can sometimes hear water, buzzers, or activities from neighboring rooms. Grounds 4 5 Overall well kept. Construction 4 5 I get the feeling that the minor details of the living quarters are sometimes overlooked. My stove is slightly lopsided which causes my cooking oil to pool on one side of the pan. Water pipes are shared between units. Maintenance 5 5 Quick to respond and resolve issues. Staff 5 5 My interactions with staff have always been great Overall 4 5 Good place to live. Very pet friendly and same with residents in my building. A bit lacking in activities so I would recommend this place more for families or those that prefer relaxed quiet evenings and weekends. Other Comments Rooms are carpet which is not in fashion and also can be hard to clean. No central air conditioning is tough for non-studio rooms.

They keep the property up really nice and are quick to fix problems with in the apartments snow, broken items in the home . They have a lot of great features like cafe, work-out room, and pool. They lack patois and balconies. Not ideal for people with a lot of laundry as there is no laundry in unit or even on every level. Close to a lot of thins in the community so makes for an ideal location.

The staff helps with everything you need and are very friendly. The grounds surrounding the apartments are great, with a nice clean pool and tennis courts and plenty of space to walk around to enjoy the outdoors. Their website makes it really easy to contact staff and pay rent so that's nice as well. They just redid a bunch of stuff in the building like the doors, new paint, new carpets. Also they add new asphalt to the parking lot regularly which keeps it nice, no potholes or anything. Overall, good apartment complex.

submitted by Kristina H. - |Recommended: YesGreat community, helpful staff, disrespectful neighbors — Good. Annoyed by people not cleaning up after dogs. Also can smell neighbors smoking in the hallways and hear music bass through the living room bedroom wall.
