|Recommended: NoNot recommended — I do not recommend living here, we have roaches in our apartment even though we were very clean. We were not told about the outbreak that happened in our apartment just kept getting pest control. Smells terrible in the hallways always, never seems like they clean the hallways or any of the main areas. There is always dirt and junk sitting around. There have been packages that have gotten stolen as well.

|Recommended: YesA Wonderful Start — I recently moved into ValleyView Apartments and I really enjoy it so far. I often have my choice of parking in the evening, the apartment was clean and move-in ready on my date, staff was friendly and very welcoming and worked with me to make sure I had a great experience. The property had many amenities and makes it a very convenient place to live.

Parking is monitored at Valley View Apartments, and we do document violations and address them as service allows. |Recommended: NoDirty apartment — On move-in day, the apartment reeked, the carpets were soaked, and the place was straight-up filthy. I spent the first 3–4 hours cleaning a one-bedroom apartment. There were popcorn crumbs underneath the heater, dog food and hair in every corner, two out of the three drains were clogged, and the floors and carpet were slimy. I also found three nails spread out in the carpet.
Now it has been six days since moving in, and the place still has a stench. The carpet is dry now, but there are multiple spots where it’s just sticky and foul-smelling. Now that the carpet is dry, I decided to clean with my vacuum. Afterwards, my vacuum was filled to the brim with dirt and hair. Mind you, this is a one-bedroom apartment... It should never come close to this much dirt, especially not right after moving in when cleaners should have taken care of it beforehand.
